What to Expect
Initial Discovery Session
This is an opportunity for us to get to know you - and how we can help. We want your experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible!

Once you submit a New Practice Member - Appointment Request Form and we've been notified of your request, a member of the V.I.B.E. staff will contact you to make sure that our mobile office is a good fit for your needs. We will gather some basic information, and confirm an appointment time/location for your Initial Discovery Session.

Consultation
We will perform a detailed case history review. This is an in-depth, one-on-one conversation with the doctor to understand your health concerns, your wellness goals, and how chiropractic care can help you.

Nervous System Scans
Our state-of-the-art scanning technologies allow us to take a deeper look into your overall neurological health and the flow of communication between your brain and body.

While some vessels of the body which support life are responsible for transporting things which can be seen (blood), the vessels of our master control system (brain, cord, and nerves) which organize life and function in our bodies carry something unseen – the energy of chemicals and electricity.

These INSiGHT neuroTECH scans provide a complete neural profile, a “CORESCORE,” with objective measures (HRV, sEMG, thermal/DTG) indicating your body’s ability to handle stress, how efficiently energy is being utilized in your body, and how subluxation is affecting your system (organ function).

Physical Examination
Every single spine and nerve system is unique. This comprehensive physical examination includes digital posture analysis, functional movement assessment, evaluation of neurospinal tone and alignment, orthopedic testing, and any specific evaluations that may be indicated after reviewing your health history, current health expression, and future health goals.
NOTE: In cases where the doctor identifies a need for additional services beyond what we offer or deems medical imaging necessary, you will be referred to the appropriate facility. Our priority is to ensure that you receive the comprehensive care you require for optimal well-being.

Schedule Your Next Visit
We will then assist you in scheduling your next visit at a time that works best for you. We will take the time to thoroughly review the results of your chiropractic/neurological exam and create an individualized plan for you before beginning care.

Review of Findings (second visit)
During your second visit, what we call an "ROF", you will receive the results of your chiropractic examination as well as the care plan created to address your specific needs and goals. The doctor will explain the findings and provide personalized recommendations. You will be able to discuss which financial options best meet your needs. You will then receive your first life-changing chiropractic adjustment!
Subsequent Visits
Your spine (just like your teeth, or your car) should have regularly scheduled checks/adjustments. In order to make lasting and effective changes to your nervous system, chiropractic care involves multiple sessions over a period of time. Throughout care, we perform Progressive Discovery Sessions and incorporate autonomic, brain-based, and movement-based metrics to monitor patient progress. Follow-up visits allow the chiropractor to make any necessary adjustments to the care plan and provide ongoing care to promote long-term wellness. At V.I.B.E., we understand that you have options, and our goal is to provide your family with fair prices and far exceeding expectations. Therefore, we provide care plan recommendations with multiple payment options. We also offer wellness packages to help make routine care easy, based on your lifestyle and health goals.
