Frequently Asked Questions

  • How does a new patient schedule a visit?

We strive to make our services as convenient as possible for you. We ask that you begin by scheduling a V.I.B.E. Intake Call. Once you notify us of your request, a member of the V.I.B.E. team will contact you to assist in making sure our mobile office is a good fit for your needs! We will get you scheduled for your initial Discovery Session, provide you with a link to create your personal V.I.B.E. profile, and answer any questions you may have. To streamline the process, all necessary records can be easily completed online via our secure patient portal. We want your first visit with us to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible, and we love developing lasting relationships with our practice members! If you are ready to join The V.I.B.E. Tribe wellness community, click here and we will take care of you!

  • How long will my first visit take?

Your first visit will take approximately 1 hour. During this time, the doctor will obtain a detailed case history and perform a neurological examination to get a full picture of your health. This will help the doctor identify root cause and develop a unique care plan for you. Following your initial Discovery Session, your next visit will include a personalized report of findings and answers to any questions you have. Once care has begun, a typical visit will take approximately 10 minutes. (Extended session options are available for personal training and holistic therapy services.)

  • Will I receive treatment on the first visit?

Probably not! We take the time necessary to properly evaluate the results of your examination and make appropriate recommendations.

  • Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?

No. As a practice focused on helping our practice members take their health into their own hands, we will communicate exactly what you need and how long it would take to accomplish your goals for care. You can pay per visit or take advantage of our packages and payment plans which help to reduce the investment, but you are never bound by any contracts or forced into long-term commitments.

  • How often should I get adjusted?

Initially this can look different for everyone. We determine this based on where you are in your chiropractic journey, the status of your health, and your Insight scans.

After your initial care plan is complete and you transition into maintenance & wellness care, we generally recommend getting checked weekly.

  • What are Insight scans?

At V.I.B.E., we use INSiGHT scanning technologies to provide our practice members with a full neurological evaluation and a better understanding of how their body has compensated due to subluxation. This incredible piece of technology creates a CORESCORE – a neurological report card which accurately assesses the health & function of the nervous system, removing all the guess work! Traditionally, chiropractic has focused primarily on spinal alignment, but at V.I.B.E. Chiropractic & Wellness, we place highest value on finding out how significant & severe the “stress patterns” in your nervous system are, as well as finding where they are primarily located. This gives us clinical confidence to customize a care plan for you based on the level of function of your nervous system. Also, this neuroTECH is non-radiative, noninvasive and safe for all ages!

*This is an additional offering already included in plans for home visits only. If you are interested in this service for a business visit or pop-up clinic, please speak with the doctor during your Initial Discovery Session.

  • What are benefits of chiropractic care during pregnancy?

Chiropractic adjustments help to restore optimal balance & function to the nervous system & reproductive organs, supporting the needs of both mother & baby throughout pregnancy. Our doctor is certified in Webster Technique, and highly trained in many others. Our clinical care for mom starts before conception and continues through postpartum. Not only does it reduce tension, boost energy, ensure proper baby positioning, and help prepare for childbirth – but every adjustment ensures mom’s nervous system is communicating with baby at an optimal level. Research shows that prenatal chiropractic care contributes to more straightforward labor, improves the balance & alignment of the spine and pelvis, and can also provide a more comfortable pregnancy with a less painful/traumatic delivery. With V.I.B.E., moms will leave each visit feeling more empowered, more confident, and more prepared for you and your child to be healthy, strong, and resilient!

  • How long do I need to come? Some people say that once you start you have to go forever. Is that true?

Every person receives an individualized care plan designed to help you meet your health goals. Our care plans are the reason our practice members get results they’ve never achieved before. At V.I.B.E. Chiropractic & Wellness, we believe our care should only be utilized for as long as it is serving you to become a better, healthier, and more “VIBErant” you! We only want to be utilized for as long as we are an asset to your life. Typically, practice members do choose to stay with us for wellness care because they like the way they feel and function following a chiropractic adjustment.

  • Why is it important for babies and children to get adjusted regularly?

Chiropractic adjustments for both babies and children promote optimal development, function & healing of the body. It’s better to grow healthy kids than to try to fix them as adults.

Birth, in its many forms, can be traumatic. Many pressures and forces can be exerted on your baby during their journey into the world. Research has shown that a significant amount of newborns suffered birth trauma and associated strain through the neck and cranial areas following birth.

Left uncorrected, this trauma will continue to impact a baby’s growth, reducing the healthy function of the nervous system. This can cause many health challenges later in life that could easily have been prevented. Often times, we see babies right after birth to ensure they start their lives thriving, growing, and developing properly to avoid future challenges. A large majority of neurological development (development of the brain and nervous system) occurs in the child’s first year, so it’s imperative to ensure that your baby has every opportunity to maximize their nerve function. Many parents are choosing to have their children checked by a chiropractor as a proactive measure for their overall health and well-being.
