NEW PATIENT MEMBER EVALUATION - Initial Discovery Session Adult/Teen/Pediatric/Prenatal/Postpartum/Preconception/Athlete: $100-$200 Plan for 1 hour for this first visit. **Price is subject to change
YOUR SECOND VISIT: REVIEW OF FINDINGS This is your second visit to the office where we review pertinent health history, go over scans, reflect on goals, and review the plan to reach those goals. We will work WITH you to create the best plan for you. If you choose to get adjusted at this visit, it is either a single cost visit or included in your care plan.
SINGLE ADJUSTMENTS Our current home visit adjustment cost is $75 (pop-up clinic visit $65) after the new patient process is completed. Our care plans and wellness plans are often the better financial option in the long term. Adjustments are further discounted in plans when additional members start at the same time. **Price is subject to change
OUR CARE PLANS AND WELLNESS PLANS Most often, care plans are the recommended course of action upon starting care based upon clinical data and health history. These plans are individualized meaning that their cost will vary depending on the case. These plans include both adjustments and rescans and are carefully formulated using a detailed neurological care-planning system backed by 1000+ nervous system specialists worldwide! Once your nervous system function has stabilized and clinical measures support this, we often recommend wellness care to those who have completed their nervous system restoration care plan to continue supporting their nervous system. Visits vary from once a week to biweekly, but will adapt to your lifestyle and current needs. We have family care plan discounts for those with children/dependents.
PROGRESSIVE DISCOVERY SESSIONS (Follow-Up Scans) On our care plans, we typically schedule rescan procedures every 12 visits to ensure change is occurring and to track progress. This visit will include the full scan plus an additional review of any lifestyle changes, health changes, any concerns or new goals. Rescan investment is $100 and these are included in care plan pricing. Discounted scans are included in our wellness and family plans also as life happens: growth spurts, falls, injuries, illness- scans help us to refocus and continue heading in the right direction.
**POP-UP PACKAGES** (Routine Care - Pop-Up Clinics Only) We offer prepaid/discounted package options to help our practice members with routine maintenance and overall health. Packages are nonrefundable and must be used within the timeframe indicated upon purchase. (Single adjustments tend to average around $45 with these VIP plans.)
PERSONAL TRAINING For all ages and fitness levels. Physical education training in core strength and conditioning. Virtual or in-person options available. Price range $20-$100.
HEALTH WORKSHOPS Price varies.Our doctor regularly facilitates informational and interactive health workshops for The V.I.B.E. Tribe Practice Members and for our community. These offerings can be virtual or in-person. Areas within 10 miles of the pinned areas of these maps are not currently subject to a travel fee. Locations outside of the outlined region will be charged an additional $1/mile per visit. Travel fee may be waived for families and/or groups of 3+ individuals. (There is no travel fee applied to visits at pop-up clinic locations.)
Change/Cancellation Policy
For new patient visits
To secure your first new patient visit (Initial Discovery Session), a deposit of $50 is required and must be electronically paid using the card on file. This booking fee will be credited towards any services provided during your visit. Please note that any outstanding balances must be settled at the time of service. We require 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. In the event of changes to your appointment within less than 24 hours, or following a missed appointment, the booking fee will be forfeited. Should the original booking fee be forfeited, a new booking fee must be paid prior to rescheduling your new patient appointment.
For regular visits
As a practice member, you will have the opportunity to manage your appointments online. We require 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. In the event of changes to your appointment within less than 24 hours, or following a missed appointment, a courtesy/convenience fee will be charged to the card on file. (Home/Business visit: $50, Pop-Up Clinic visit: $25)

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A late change/cancellation, or missed visit, potentially prevents another practice member from receiving the care that they need. As such, we require 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment.
Any no call/no show appointments are subject to having future appointments prepaid in order to rebook.
